Creates the Invasive Species Task Force, effective until December 31, 2010, to develop a statewide plan for eradicating invasive species.

Task force membership consists of all members of the Senate Agriculture Committee and the House Agriculture and Rural Development Committee.

Senate Agriculture Committee chair serves as task force chair, with House Agriculture and Rural Development Committee chair as vice-chair; a quorum is required for final actions.

Task force members receive no compensation but are reimbursed for necessary travel expenses; the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry provides staff support.

Task force must report findings and legislative recommendations to the President Pro Tempore, Speaker of the House, and Governor by December 31, 2010.
