Directs the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to develop and implement an obesity treatment program for Medicaid recipients with a body mass index of 30 or greater who have obesity-related comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, or coronary heart disease.

Treatment program shall include behavioral modification, self-management training, and medication when medically necessary.

Legislature intends the program to be cost-effective for the state's medical assistance program and operate within the context of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Disease Management Program.

Codifies the program as Section 5030.4B of Title 63, Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
