Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Section 2-105 to increase the maximum age requirement for commissioned officers of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division from 43 years to 46 years at appointment.

Increases the minimum age requirement for commissioned officer positions from 21 years to 23 years at appointment.

Maintains all other qualifications for commissioned officers including citizenship, moral character, educational requirements (associate's degree or 62+ college semester hours), and law enforcement or military experience standards.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
