Amends 74 O.S. 2001, Section 18c to permit the State Board of Pharmacy to employ or appoint attorneys to advise or represent the board in legal matters.

Adds the State Board of Pharmacy to the list of state entities exempt from the general prohibition on state officers, boards, and commissions employing attorneys independently.

Clarifies language regarding the Department of Agriculture by changing its name to "State Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry."

Updates punctuation in the statute by changing "and" to a comma before the Office of Juvenile Affairs and adding the State Board of Pharmacy to the exceptions list.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
