Appropriates funds to the Oklahoma Historical Society from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 to perform duties imposed by law.

Requires the Oklahoma Historical Society to budget all funds across five categories: Administration, Museums & Sites, Preservation, Education/Membership Services, and Research, with outcome-based performance measures for each category.

Authorizes the Executive Director to set employee duties and compensation, with salary caps of $0.00 for the Executive Director and $0.00 for the Deputy Executive Director for fiscal year 2011.

Establishes budgetary limitations on full-time-equivalent employees (0.0) and lease-purchase agreements ($0.00) for fiscal year 2011, subject to provisions of Section 3603 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Takes effect September 1, 2010.
