Amends Section 123 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1561 of the 2nd Session of the 52nd Oklahoma Legislature relating to Office of the Attorney General appropriations.

Increases appropriation to the Office of the Attorney General from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, from $11,904,552.00 to $12,704,552.00 (an increase of $800,000).

Funds are provided to the Attorney General to perform duties imposed by law.

Passed the Oklahoma Senate on May 25, 2010, and the House of Representatives on May 27, 2010.
