Appropriates funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Court of Criminal Appeals for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 to perform duties imposed by law.

Court of Criminal Appeals judges shall set employee duties and compensation for employees not otherwise prescribed by law.

Establishes budgetary limitations for fiscal year 2011: 0.0 full-time-equivalent employees and $0.00 for lease-purchase agreements.

Court remains subject to budgetary limitations under Section 3603 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, except as specifically authorized.

Effective date is September 1, 2010.
