• Appropriates funds to the District Attorneys Council from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, to perform duties imposed by law

• Establishes budget categories for the District Attorneys Council including prosecutorial services, general administration, child support services, bogus check enforcement, federal grants, drug asset forfeiture, and crime victim services

• Authorizes district attorneys and the District Attorneys Council to set employee duties and compensation according to Section 215.35C of Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes, with specified budgetary limitations on full-time-equivalent employees and lease-purchase agreements

• Effective date is September 1, 2010
