Amends Section 132 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1561 to increase the Supreme Court's authorized expenditure from the State Judicial Revolving Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 from $40,800,000 to $51,600,000 for financial support of District Courts

Amends Section 133 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1561 to reduce the appropriation from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 from $6,841,865 to $6,041,865 for District Court operations

Effective date established as July 1, 2010

Emergency clause declared to allow immediate effect upon passage and approval
