Increases minimum permit fee for oversize/overweight vehicles from $20.00 to $40.00 and excess weight fee from $5.00 to $10.00 per thousand pounds under 47 O.S. Section 14-116

Doubles the special movement permit fee for manufactured items from $250.00 to $500.00 under Section 14-120

Doubles the annual special combination vehicle permit fee from $120.00 to $240.00 under Section 14-121

Designates the first $20,000,000 in collected fees to be deposited in the General Revenue Fund with specific per-permit allocations before remaining fees are apportioned to other funds

Effective July 1, 2010, with emergency declaration for immediate implementation
