Bill Summary: SB1582

• Amends 62 O.S. 2001, Section 45.3 to clarify the statutory reference in state agency strategic plans from "this act" to the "Oklahoma Program Performance Budgeting and Accountability Act."

• Replaces outdated language ("said") with current language ("such") in the section describing resource analysis for achieving agency missions.

• Removes redundant language in Section 45.3(E) requiring copies of strategic plans be sent "each" to specified recipients.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
