Amends Oklahoma's high school graduation requirements to mandate completion of Algebra II for students entering ninth grade beginning in the 2010-11 school year.

Requires three units of mathematics including Algebra I and Algebra II, plus one additional mathematics course (Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc.) for affected students.

Maintains previous curriculum requirements (four units English, three units science, three units social studies, foreign language or technology, fine arts, and one elective) alongside the new mathematics mandate.

Effective July 1, 2010, with an emergency declaration allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.

Allows flexibility for districts through alternative options such as concurrent enrollment, Advanced Placement, correspondence courses, and courses from technology center schools taught by certified teachers.
