Amends 76 O.S. 2001, Section 19 to limit charges for medical record copies to $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each subsequent page, with a maximum of $5.00 or actual reproduction cost (whichever is less) for x-rays and photographs

Caps total cost of medical record copies at $50.00 for individuals applying for or appealing Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, though the Department of Rehabilitation Services may set lower limits

Prohibits charges for searching, retrieving, reviewing, and preparing medical records, though providers may charge actual mailing costs

Allows charges for mailing expenses but maintains existing cost limits and prohibitions on other administrative fees

Becomes effective November 1, 2010
