Amends 40 O.S. Section 197.6 to require employers to post a notice of Oklahoma minimum wage act provisions in 8.5" x 11" format, accessible to all employees.

Requires any individual or business entity selling the required notice to include a disclaimer stating the notice is available at no cost from the Oklahoma Department of Labor.

Disclaimer must be printed in at least 12-point font and displayed clearly and conspicuously in print materials; same information must be provided in spoken or in-person solicitations.

Effective date of July 1, 2010, with an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
