Amends 26 O.S. 2001, Section 3-101 to require all county elections to be scheduled on Tuesdays only

Specifies that special elections can only be held on designated Tuesdays in specific months, with different dates allowed in odd-numbered versus even-numbered years

Provides exception allowing special elections to be scheduled on the same date as the Presidential Preferential Primary Election in February when that election is held

Requires elections scheduled on official state holidays to be moved to the following Tuesday instead

Becomes effective November 1, 2010
