Amends Oklahoma's speed limit law (47 O.S. Section 11-801) to establish reduced maximum speed limits for semitrailers, trailers, and truck tractors on various highway types.

Sets truck speed limits at 65 mph on turnpikes and rural interstate segments (versus 75 mph for other vehicles), 60 mph on four-lane divided highways and super two-lane highways (versus 70 mph for other vehicles), and 55 mph on other roads (versus 65 mph for other vehicles).

Requires the Department of Transportation to post signs indicating the speed limits for trucks in designated areas.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
