Amends the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority Act (11 O.S. 2001, Sections 24-105 and 24-117) to remove the prohibition against investing in nuclear powered generation facilities.

Repeals Section 24-105.1, which previously authorized ownership interests only in certain electric generation projects with specific restrictions.

Removes language that prohibited the Authority from acquiring or subsidizing nuclear powered generating plants.

Modifies definition of "project" to eliminate the blanket exclusion of nuclear powered generating plants from Authority investment authority.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
