Amends 21 O.S. 2001, Section 1541.1 to expand the crime of obtaining property by trick or deception to include obtaining "labor" as a prohibited act.

Modifies 21 O.S. 2001, Section 1541.4 to add a new category (item 4) defining "false or bogus checks" to include checks given "in exchange for labor."

Maintains existing penalties for obtaining property or labor by deception: up to $1,000 fine and/or up to one year in county jail for amounts less than $500.

Clarifies that checks offered for goods or livestock refused by a drawee are not considered an extension of credit by the seller.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
