Changes use of "said" to "the" or "that" for improved clarity throughout provisional ballot provisions.

Maintains existing provisional ballot requirements including voter affidavits, precinct residency verification, and segregation of provisional ballots from regular ballots.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
