Amends 42 O.S. 2001, Section 142.6 to modify pre-lien notice requirements for materialmen's liens, requiring claimants to send notice within 75 days after the last date of supply of materials, services, labor, or equipment.

Increases the threshold exemption from pre-lien notice requirements from $2,500 to $10,000 for claims with aggregate amounts less than that threshold.

Requires pre-lien notice for liens affecting residential property occupied by an owner to be sent within 75 days of the last furnishing of materials, services, labor, or equipment to be valid.

Establishes that pre-lien notice sent for initial supply of materials, services, labor, or equipment protects lien rights for any subsequent supply during the course of a construction project without requiring multiple notices.

Repeals 42 O.S. 2001, Sections 142.1, 142.3, and 142.5 relating to materialmen liens, effective November 1, 2010.
