Amends Section 2, Chapter 363, O.S.L. 2005 (74 O.S. § 2201) relating to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission and Department.

Updates statutory reference language to clarify that references to predecessor agencies (Governor's Economic Development Commission, State Department of Commerce and Industry, Oklahoma Planning and Resources Board, and Oklahoma Industrial Development and Park Commission/Department) now refer to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission.

Changes reference from "this act" to the "Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement Act" as the authorizing legislation.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
