• Amends 10 O.S. 2001, Section 601.30 to clarify the composition and structure of the Board of Child Abuse Examination within the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth.

• Maintains the Board's ten-member composition including representatives from the State Bureau of Investigation, Department of Health, Department of Human Services, District Attorneys Association, physician associations, Health Care Authority, Board of Nursing, and child advocacy centers.

• Clarifies that the Chief Child Abuse Examiner serves as a nonvoting member of the Board.

• Specifies Board governance procedures including annual election of chair and vice-chair, quarterly meeting requirements, and establishes a six-member quorum.
