Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Section 6-110.2 relating to driver licenses and computerized finger imaging procedures.

Clarifies that the Department of Public Safety (rather than just "Department") must handle all finger imaging collection and authorization for minors under 18 years of age.

Maintains existing protections requiring court orders for law enforcement access to finger imaging data and establishes probable cause requirement.

Commissioner of Public Safety retains authority to adopt rules necessary to implement finger imaging procedures.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
