Senate Bill 186 Summary

• Appropriates funds to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, with specific budget allocations across five categories: Administration, Institutions and Field Operations, Contract Beds, Community Corrections, and Treatment and Rehabilitation Services.

• Requires the Department of Corrections to develop outcome-based performance measures for each budget category and authorizes the Director to set duties and compensation of employees not otherwise prescribed by law.
