• Amends Section 104 of the Oklahoma Insurance Code to clarify the definition of "Person" by changing "includes" to "means" for more precise legal language.

• Defines "Person" as: an individual, company, insurer, association, organization, society, reciprocal or inter-insurance exchange, partnership, syndicate, business trust, corporation, Lloyd's association, entity, group or department of underwriters, and farmer's educational and cooperative union.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
