Amends 59 O.S. 2001, Section 1681 to clarify and reorganize rules for electrical contractors and journeymen electricians under the Construction Industries Board.

Reorganizes the 10 categories of rules into a numbered list format, including licensing, categories/limitations, continuing education, administrative fines, disciplinary proceedings, and bonding requirements.

Exempts broiler houses from meeting electrical wiring requirements for environmentally controlled poultry houses as specified in the National Electric Code.

Effective date is July 1, 2010, with an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect upon passage and approval.
