• Amends 40 O.S. 2001, Section 417.1 to modify the reference for the Special Occupational Health and Safety Fund in the State Treasury.

• Changes "Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes" to "this title" when referencing the source of monies collected for the fund pursuant to Section 418.

• The fund remains designated for the Department of Labor and subject to legislative appropriation and consists of monies collected per Section 418 requirements.
