Prohibits performing or attempting to perform an abortion with knowledge that the pregnant female is seeking it solely because of the unborn child's sex, with exception for sex-linked genetic disorders.

Allows civil actions for injunctive relief by the pregnant female, her spouse/parent/sibling/guardian, her healthcare provider, district attorneys, or the Attorney General against abortion providers who violate the prohibition.

Establishes civil contempt penalties of $10,000 for first violation, $50,000 for second violation, and $100,000 for third and subsequent violations of injunctions, with each abortion performance counted as a separate violation.

Permits pregnant females or their parents/legal guardians to sue abortion providers for actual and punitive damages for knowing or reckless violations.

Makes violation of the prohibition grounds for suspension or revocation of an abortion provider's medical license by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision or State Board of Osteopathic Examiners.

Requires courts to preserve the anonymity of females receiving abortions and allows plaintiffs to bring actions under pseudonyms unless the female consents to disclosure.
