OK SB1901

Exempts the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority from obtaining approval from the Oklahoma Department of Central Services for contractual agreements related to planning, construction, development, operation, maintenance, and administration of commercial facilities supporting the American Indian Cultural Center.

Exempts such contractual agreements from compliance with the Public Building Construction and Planning Act (Title 61, Sections 202 et seq.) and Sections 60-65 of Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Limits the exemption to commercial facilities development only and does not otherwise enlarge the powers of the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority.
