Extends termination date for nine statutory entities from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2014, including the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, Oklahoma Accountancy Board, and Board of Governors of Licensed Architects, Landscape Architects and Registered Interior Designers.

Moves Minority Teacher Recruitment Advisory Committee from the July 1, 2014 termination list to the July 1, 2011 termination list.

Removes Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Advisory Board from the sunset list.

Establishes four entities for termination on July 1, 2011: Polygraph Examiners Board, State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, and Oklahoma State Athletic Commission.

Specifies that all powers, duties, and functions of terminated entities shall be abolished one year after their termination date.
