Amends 63 O.S. 2001, Section 1-214 to clarify powers and responsibilities of city-county health departments in Oklahoma.

Authorizes city-county health departments to own, acquire, lease, or dispose of real property in performing local public health functions, duties, and responsibilities unless an agreement between the city and county specifically provides otherwise.

Clarifies that judgments against a city-county health department or board of health shall be treated as judgments against the county and paid from a county sinking fund, unless an agreement specifies different treatment.

Effective November 1, 2010.
