Amends 85 O.S. 2001, Section 12 regarding workers' compensation liability to clarify existing language and provisions related to employer immunity from lawsuits.

Reformats numbered provisions (i) through (v) as numbered paragraphs 1 through 5 without changing substantive legal content regarding immunity exceptions and loaned servant doctrine.

Maintains that workers' compensation immunity does not extend to actions against other employers on the same job or to negligent preparation of design plans by architects, engineers, or surveyors.

Preserves the loaned servant doctrine in its existing form and clarifies that nothing in the section abrogates rights under the Oklahoma Constitution.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
