Amends 63 O.S. 2001, Section 2-101.1 regarding the definition of "drug paraphernalia" under the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act

Clarifies statutory reference by adding "Section 2-101 et seq. of this title" when describing intent to facilitate violations of the Act in the drug paraphernalia definition

Maintains 12 criteria courts and juries must consider when determining if an object qualifies as drug paraphernalia, including statements of use, proximity to controlled substances, residue, and evidence of intent
