Creates the Radiology Practitioner Assistant Licensure Act, establishing licensure requirements for radiology practitioner assistants supervised by physicians certified in radiology.

Radiology practitioner assistants must be certified and registered with the Certification Board for Radiology Practitioner Assistants and cannot interpret images, make diagnoses, or prescribe medications.

Establishes a 7-member Radiology Practitioner Assistant Advisory Committee to advise the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision on policy and rules.

Sets license fees not to exceed $300, renewal fees $100, reinstatement fees $100, and requires continuing education as condition for renewal.

Permits license revocation, suspension, or denial for fraud, incompetence, unethical conduct, unauthorized practice of medicine, or violation of licensure act provisions.
