Amends 28 O.S. Section 152.1 to require jury request fees of $349.00 to be paid at the time of pretrial conference by the requesting party.

Maintains existing civil court fees including charges for posting notices ($30), counterclaims ($20), mailing services ($10), service of process ($50), sheriff's sales ($75), and court reporter services ($20).

Directs sheriff service fees (paragraphs 5 and 6) to the Sheriff's Service Fee Account, while all other fees go to the local court fund.

Requires $10.00 from fees collected for posting notices, counterclaims, and jury requests to be deposited to the Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Account.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
