SB2060 Summary

• Amends 70 O.S. 2001, Section 5-106 regarding school district governance and superintendent roles

• Clarifies that a reference to "Section 4" in the original statute should read "Section 5-106A" and "act" should read "title"

• Maintains provisions allowing multiple school districts to contract with a single superintendent and allowing small districts (under 500 average daily membership) to have superintendents serve simultaneously as principals

• Becomes effective November 1, 2010
