Amends 43A O.S. 2001, Section 2-214 to make language gender neutral regarding training schools within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.

Replaces masculine pronouns "he" and "his" with gender-neutral language "the person" when referring to employees or prospective employees receiving training.

Maintains existing requirements that trained employees reimburse the Department if they do not continue employment for a period equivalent to the training period.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
