Requires insurers to provide policy information to terminated life insurance producers who remain the agent of record or servicing agent, if the insured signs an authorization form.

Applies only to producers whose appointments were terminated for reasons other than those specified in Section 1435.13 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Does not apply to policies sold or serviced by insurance producers through the insurer's captive distribution system.

Requires the Insurance Commissioner to prescribe the authorization form in compliance with federal and state privacy laws and regulations.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
