Amends 36 O.S. 2001, Section 104 (Oklahoma Insurance Code) to clarify the definition of "Person"

Changes the word "includes" to "means" in the statutory definition to make the list of entities more definitive rather than illustrative

Defines "Person" to encompass individuals, companies, insurers, associations, organizations, reciprocal or inter-insurance exchanges, partnerships, syndicates, business trusts, corporations, Lloyd's associations, and farmer's educational and cooperative unions

Becomes effective November 1, 2010
