Amends 70 O.S. 2001, Section 6-108 regarding teacher certification requirements in Oklahoma public schools.

Replaces outdated reference to "this act" with specific statutory citation to "Section 6-101 et seq. of this title" and "Section 6-101 of this title" for clarity.

Maintains existing requirement that superintendents, principals, teachers, and other instructional staff must hold valid State Board of Education certificates.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
