Amends 2 O.S. 2001, Section 6-2 to authorize the State Veterinarian to issue emergency orders with State Board of Agriculture concurrence to protect citizens and animals from diseases and pests.

State Veterinarian may prohibit or impose conditions on importing animals into the state, require testing or vaccination of animals, restrict animal movement within the state, govern animal disposition, and impose other protective measures.

Emergency orders expire on the date specified in the order or after 90 days, whichever comes first, but may be renewed for successive 90-day periods.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
