Amends 60 O.S. 2001, Section 332 to remove reference to "title by prescription" as an exception to occupancy-based property title

Repeals 60 O.S. 2001, Section 333 entirely, which previously addressed title by prescription

Modifies property law so occupancy confers title against all parties except the state and those with title by accession, transfer, will, or succession

Effective date: November 1, 2010
