Amends the definition of "political subdivision" in the Governmental Tort Claims Act (51 O.S. 2001, Section 152) to explicitly include technology center school districts established under Sections 4410, 4411, 4420, or 4420.1 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Expands coverage under the Act to include technology center school districts within the definition of "school district" for purposes of governmental tort liability and immunity protections

Becomes effective November 1, 2010
