Amends 10 O.S. 2001, Section 601.30 to clarify language regarding the Board of Child Abuse Examination within the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth.

Modifies the composition of the 10-member Board by replacing "Commissioner of the State Department" with "State Commissioner" for the health department representative position.

Maintains the Board's role in establishing a statewide system to provide expert medical evaluation for children suspected of being victims of child abuse or neglect.

Preserves existing Board governance provisions including annual election of chair and vice-chair, quarterly meetings minimum, and a quorum requirement of six members.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
