SB 2143 Summary

• Amends 10 O.S. 2001, Section 601.6b to require the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth to transmit the State Plan for Services to Children and Youth to the Director of State Finance and affected agency directors by July 1 each year.

• Requires the Office of Planning and Coordination to provide a written report to the Legislature by January 1 annually regarding its expenditures to community partnership boards.

• Authorizes the Office of Planning and Coordination to assemble topic-specific reports on services to children, youth, and families including program descriptions, expenditures, budget requests, and program outcomes as directed by the Legislature or the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
