Amends 36 O.S. 2001, Section 4405 to modify individual accident health insurance policy requirements regarding pre-existing conditions.

Limits the medical history used to identify pre-existing conditions to only the past 12 months of an individual's medical history.

Reduces the exclusion period for pre-existing conditions from 2 years to 1 year, after which insurers cannot deny claims or void policies based on pre-existing conditions.

Defines "pre-existing condition" as a condition for which an individual received medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment within 6 months before being issued an accident and health policy.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
