Amends 21 O.S. 2001, Section 1533 to add new penalties for falsely personating law enforcement officers and misusing law enforcement vehicle equipment.

Makes it unlawful to operate a vehicle distinguished as a law enforcement vehicle or equip any vehicle with spot lamps, audible sirens, or flashing lights in violation of Title 47; violators face a $100 fine and vehicle impoundment with confiscation of equipment.

Establishes felony penalties (up to 10 years imprisonment and/or up to $10,000 fine) for using a law enforcement-style vehicle or equipment while falsely personating an officer and committing acts that harm others.

Prohibits displaying "State Police" alone or with other words on vehicles, badges, clothing, or documents to falsely claim peace officer authority; misdemeanor offense punishable by up to $1,000 fine.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
