Creates felony offenses for using Class B fireworks to commit assault or battery with intent to cause great bodily injury, punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment in state penitentiary or up to 1 year in county jail.

Creates felony offense for using any firework to commit assault or battery with intent to cause death or commit any felony, punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment in state penitentiary.

Codifies new criminal prohibitions as Section 652.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
