Changes definition of "technology center school" property and includes it in the exclusions for concealed handgun carry restrictions, allowing licensed carry in technology center school parking areas

Amends 21 O.S. Section 1280.1 to permit concealed weapons in vehicles on technology center school district property, provided the handgun remains in the vehicle

Allows college, university, and technology center school administrators to report violations to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation within 10 days, with potential penalties including $250 administrative fines and 3-month license suspension
