Amends 57 O.S. 2001, Section 584 to require sex offenders to provide a physical address rather than a post office box for registration with the Department of Corrections and local law enforcement authorities.

Mandates that sex offenders registering as transients provide a mappable physical address with zip code and appear in person every seven (7) days to report their approximate location to local law enforcement.

Requires the Department of Corrections to contact any registered sex offender who previously provided a post office box and compel them to provide a physical address instead.

Modifies Section 585 to ensure judges and correctional institutions obtain a physical address (not a post office box) from offenders prior to discharge or release.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
